Jon Jones victories

I watched Rampage fight for the first time yesterday, glanced through Machida fight again...and while impressive, they were hardly spectacular. People compare Shogun and JJ, arguing whose the LHW GOAT. Shogun was more explosive and violent at his age while JJ is efficient and methodical using his physical advantages.

JJ has the names, but those guys were hardly any good anymore including Shogun. Rampage was soooo slow and one-dimensional compared to his Pride days. Machida was no longer the undefeated mysterious Machida.

Rampage: Shogun win was better. First round TKO over prime Rampage
Machida: Shogun wins were better. Defeated the unbeatable and killed the era before it even began.
Vera: JJ win was better. Its only Vera.
Rashad: Boring decision. Would 25 year old Shogun fight like this?
Belfort: Great win. Actually my fav JJ win, but it was a short notice fight for Belfort where JJ took 4 rounds and almost got submitted. Used his physicals to win again. I see 26 year old Shogun KO/TKO Vitor early.

All in all, Shogun was a greater talent and a better fighter. JJ will overtake him, I think, but damn it would be down to his size and workmanship. Hardly the stuff of legends...
