Getting back on the Mat

For about 2 years I trained 3 days a week and my life was never better. That was over 5 years ago. I'm 33 and can feel that window of opportunity closing, I wanna get back into training there is just such a mental block or something knowing how good I should be right now if I never quit. Looking for some words of wisdom, anything to help me find that motivation I lost.
