Hey, I was just wondering:
Do you think that watching dvds/instructionals everyday might actually impair your progress? By virtue of messing what you already know? Giving you too much options rather than one-two solid things you do everyday?
I am a 2 stripe blue belt, not quite athlethic nor strong, 74 kgs, I often watch instructionals on my samrtphone on my way to work (office job, lucky if i get to train 3 times a week). I would like to use all means necessary to improve, despite my limited acces to mat time (approximately 2 bjj classes+ one wrestling class+ maybe two hours of open mat time at the weekend+ a 10 minute roll with a blackbelt and some feedback if I am lucky on sundays).
I am currently watching: Robson Moura's Fusion 1+2, Xande Ribeiro Instructional, stuff by ryan hall. Need to work on my passing game and pressure from the top.
