Pushups and crunches every day?

In my gym we always have a different coach every day, and after pad work, sparring etc we always do conditioning for like 20 minutes or so... I try not to do the same conditioning exercize 2 days in a row so sometimes i skip some exercizes especially if i'm feeling a bit tired. The other guys are doing them every day and seem to do fine though.

What would be optimal though?
