So at one point about 6 or 7 years ago I did some mma training for about a 8 or 9 months solid, and with life things coming up I haven't had the time or opportunity to get back into it. I am married with 3 boys, and 2 are wrestlers (7 and 11) with my oldest being a football player (12). I am not there biological father, he passed away a very long time ago and they never knew him, but I am in fact there father if you get my drift. They all love sports and once I brought up training they all got excited and my wife actually thinks she wants to give it a try. Nothing to serious maybe 3 sessions a week for something to do as a family.
So what does everybody think about some family bonding time in the gym? A good idea or a bad one? I think it would be great discipline for the kids and great for self defense for them. I want them to learn every aspect of mma, and they actually have expressed interest in grappling tournaments.
THOUGHTS??
