Does Joe Rogan really believe Anderson is the best martial artist ever?

As in he's better than Fedor?

As in he's better than Bruce Lee?

Or is the UFC giving him orders to say Anderson is the GOAT?

He wasn't saying this until recently when Fedor started losing so I wonder if he'll change his opinion if Silva loses again.
