People have done some decent breakdowns to show what he did to mess Anderson up and how he didn't give him hardly any opportunities to counter.
but what really blows my mind about all this is the accepted reason why Anderson is such a great striker (on top of talent) is that he has been doing this his whole life. He was doing kickboxing before he did MMA, and did some boxing, and has been doing MMA for decades. (not to mention he's got like...a blackbelt in TKD and has even studied capoeira
Weidman has only been doing this for a few years and he came from a wrestling background. So where is this striking coming from?
