What you guys think the UFC want Weidman to win in order to appeal mainstream media? Me, I agreed lets put this way AS is great inside the octagon but outside of it he is pretty boring he always gives the weakest interviews (is normal) hes always saying two words answer and is odd as hell.
People may say but GSP is not that talkative either but his persona is completely different. He is a pretty boy and that's his appeal to the mainstream (and obviously he's a great fighter but I don't think the mainstream media care that much about that stuff sadly ), AS he does not have that. He tries to be very respectful to his opponents outside the Octagon with the media. Then goes on the octagon and tries to embarrasses them. He should be the same way outside, make people wanna see him lose. Something like mayweather since he can't be the nice guy to the media, thanks to his lack of English and weirdness and the fact he does not seem to wanna play the game with the media. Something like Nick Diaz without the exciting bad guys rants
Question that being said what you guys think you guys agreed with this reporter the same way I do that the UFC is secretly rooting for Weidman?
