Hello all. So I'm wondering what the latest tech is in mouth pieces. I really only do jits these days so I'm just looking for a simple thing that protects the teeth and lets me breathe very well.
My old piece is custom made but better for full MMA. However one thing I did do with it was to mold in a breathing hole like the shock docs have. I would go back to shock doc but zI don't like the fit and I feel like even those might be too much, but I need that breathing hole since my sinus sucks, I know most mouth pieces don't have this.
Any thoughts?
