A week ago I recieved a package I ordered from Fightgear.com
They are affiliated with Ringside/Combat Sports. I think it might be a clearance website. The order arrived very quickly and the gloves were flawless.
Earlier this week I got an email for a customer survey. I did the survey....gave them all good marks etc.
Just about an hour ago I get a phone call from Kansas. I answer....a lady asks for me. She was a customer service rep. for Ringside. I was a little taken back wondering why they were calling me. She was calling to make sure that everything with my order went well, making sure the gloves were to my satisfaction and thanked me for my business. She also stated that she would be emailing me a coupon code for 10% off and a list of sale items not posted on the website. 5 minutes later there was the email in my inbox.
The reason i am posting this is becuz I have read in the past about how bad Ringside's customer service was. It seems as if they have turned over a new leaf. That simple phone call gave me piece of mind whenever I order from them again. Very impressed customer here!!!!
