Top Level Free Agents?

Last year we saw a lot of guys like Rampage, Tito, Nelson, Kongo, and Barnett become free agents. Who else is out there currently?

I know Hendo is. Any others people know about?

I think these types of guys are someone Bellator would be willing to sign.
