I had nose septum surgery 2 years ago. It was complicated surgery and it really effected me in some mental traumatic way. I feel healthier now, but since my doctor knew i do MA/MMA he told me i don't even think about having my nose broken ever in the future because " it can't be opened twice". I have to say i feel a bit disabled because i am scared of getting hit in nose in sparring or some MMA fight. I think its the same with Wand and many other fighters who had their nose job done and especially because whole world knows ( including their opponents) that it is their Achilles' heel so they become more tolerant and open-minded. Maybe they don't think about that(neither do I), but they know it. It's different when you surge your knee or some random bone, nose is very exposed and very sensitive part of HEAD. What do you think?
