Concerns about Supplementation

Is there any evidence/research that points to long term use of say Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Magnesium etc. could lead to your body not being able to function normally without it or that you may need more of it for the same result? Basically there a few supplements I take that im concerned will or could affect the production of that enzyme or particular absorption of that vitamin or mineral.

For example i've been taking Coq10 pretty consistently for over a year and Magnesium. I believe these are safe and effective but that's not what im really concerned about at this point its the above specifically...will my body not make the normal amount of CoQ10 that is would regularly once it gets use to me adding to it so regularly? Same for minerals like Magnesium/Zinc etc.
