Haye? Hey? Aye?

I just wanted to know in the old school pride videos when the fighters name was announce their corner would say ( haye, hey, aye! ) I don't know exactly which one? It sounds similar to one of those.

Also in the pride videos when the fighter would make a pass, or get in a dominant position, land a punch or kick the corner would say ( haye, hey, or aye! )
