Would you pay $399.99 a year for a PPV fight pass? (updated)

I figure since there is a lot of hype going around about the WWE Network that this might be a topic of discussion. First of all i'd like to say that it is unfair to compare the WWE network and a potential UFC PPV Fight Pass. First of all WWE Network is $10/month for a SCRIPTED product, as far as i'm concerned that's pretty much the same thing as paying for showtime or hbo to watch a tv show. With a PPV Fight Pass you'd be getting an unscripted UFC PPV event. Of course they could throw in the Fight Pass prelims as well and perhaps offer 3 or 6 month packages instead of the year package. But would you be interested in paying for a UFC PPV Fight Pass at these prices?:

12 month package: $399.99
6 month package: $204.99
3 month package: $109.99
