Google ordered to remove anti-Islamic film from YouTube by 9th Circuit Court of Appeals
Granted, it was taken down due to dubious copy write claim, but it seems that it was just an excuse for the 9th Circuit to enforce this ruling.
Thoughts? Could this have ramifications in the future? Or will the Supreme Court smash like this like a bug... If it gets that far.
