gilbert melendez has nothing for anthony pettis

I don't even know why this match was made and why they even put a whole ultimate fighter season around it.

Anthony Pettis not only has better all around striking, but if we talk about specifically boxing, Pettis is better than Melendez at boxing too. Melendez does not have the wrestling to draw this match into deep water either.

Melendez should of went to Bellator. He has no chance of ever becoming champion in the UFC. He already lost to Benson, Josh Thompson, and he has no chance against the reigning champ.

Trust me, I like el nino but he has nothing special that puts him ahead of the other contenders.
