Is this a good starting point?

Pretty basic question here I think but does this look like a decent routine to start doing?

Day 1/4 Lower
Jump Squats 4x4
Squats 5x5
Jumping Split Squats 4x4
Reverse Bb Lunges 5x5

Day 2/5 Upper
Lying Med Ball Throw 4x4
Bb Bench 5x5
Med Ball Slams 4x4
Bb Row
Med Ball Overhead Throw 4x4

Day 3/6/7 Rest.

Am I likely to see an increase in explosive power and strength following a routine like this?
