The vote was unanimous 78-0, they will be holding a referendum to secede and join Russia in March:

The interim PM has stated it has no legal basis but I guess one could argue that ousting Victor also had no legal grounds as such.
This will play out as follow imo:
Crimeans will vote to secede, then Russia will take back the region with no violence and no sanctions and everyone will be happy happy joy joy.
