So i recently started a two day SS split and im doing squats and deadlifts.
On the rest days i do two kind of planks to strenghten my core.
I know the lifts on SS do that already.
But i have a pretty weak core. My mom punched me on the stomach the other day and i almost vomited.
So i need a core program for novice...
Can anyone helpe me with that?
Something i could do on my off days from lifting...
