My ankle hurts and dosent bend like it has, I know the culprit is hyper extending the foot on hard contact with bags ect. Its hard to avoid at times when the target is moving, so what should be done. Is there a specific tape/wrap job or a type of shoe like in savate to avoid further injury?
I stated making high kicks with the strike zone being the inner side of the ankle and foot, not sure how proper a kick that is, feels good.
