I plan on starting the Billy Starr 5x5 program soon and was wondering if I could adjust some of the exercises and replace them with more explosive exercises (ex. squats with jump squats). Btw this is for wrestling, if you guys wanted to know. Also, for example track season is starting soon, in the next week, so would I need to adjust my rest inbetween each workout. Thanks for your input!
