I am trying to get fit for summer.
I went for a run the other day and it hurt. I am finishing bulking. It kept a clean diet. I am supplementing quite a bit too. The plan is to eat small meals every couple of hours and cut off at about 8pm.

I will input a current body pic. I could use all the help I can get. I am thinking about cutting back about 15-25lbs.
Note my current imbalances: Tight traps, hamstrings, bad shoulders, and lower back.
I weight train and I do mma recreationally at a local club. One instructor is going to come run and cross train with me. A local cross fit gym just opened up so, I may check it out. Tips and advice appreciated.
