Hey, this is my new log. I used to train bjj, but now due to some difficulties i have to drop it, so i decided to try lifting more seriously then before. My main goal is to get stronger and build sum mussle. I'm planning to try Candito Linear Program for 6 weeks, maybe I will drop the Power week, but we'll see.

Weight: 82.3kg
Height: 179cm
I wanted to start bulking once i reach 80kg, but now i'm still not sure about it. Maybe i should bulk right away and then do a longer cut, i dunno lol.
Today:
Squats - 5x8 60kg
SLDL - 3x8 60kg
Hamstring curls - 3x12 dunno what weight, 4 plates on the machine
Calf raises - 5x15 on each leg
I walk like a robot, damn i'm weak. :D
