Hey guys, I just wanted to know for any of those who have went out there and trained, what kind of results would you expect after a month or month and a half of training there on a consistent basis. I'm not expecting to go there and come back with like overnight extraordinary results. I plan on training really hard up until I head out which should be around November or December. The group of people I'm going with are saying they want to go for a month to a month and a half. Depending on how much time I can get off from work depends on how long I can stay. Everyone else that is going is in shape and I know pretty much anything they do will just sharpen their skills or body but me on the other hand I have a long 6 and a half months to get in decent shape. Just wanting to know what I should expect.
