If you could change the plot of any movie what would you do?

Say you had complete control over any movie, it'll be directed just as well as the original, star the same people, but you get to change the plot of the movie using one crucial scene or plot point. Nothing so bold as to remove the Death Star from Star Wars but say maybe someone put a grate on that exhaust vent preventing proton torpedeos from going into it.
