Keep in mind that headbutts are legal, wearing the gi is allowed, grabbing the fence is allowed, soccer kicks and stomps are legal, no weight classes exist, and there are no judges or decisions. It's basically a different sport.
IMO I think Cain actually still takes it. He has the cardio, and headbutts help him as he is usually going to be on top. He wouldn't be able to spam failed takedowns like he did against JDS in the second fight or he would get soccer kicked. Fighters able to grab the fence may stop a takedown, but he is good enough in the clinch against the fence anyway.
Werdum would be dangerous as fighters would not be able to decision him. It really is a different sport.
