I have more or less the same thing every day. Bowl of cheerios for breakfast, bowl of Weetabix about three hours later, apple two hours later, banana two hours later and dinner at around 7 which is 3 scrambled eggs on their own or with some vegetables. I run atleast five miles almost every day on top of this. (Ran ten today).
Can't resist my early morning cereal cravings though.
