Monkey arms or lack of mobility? (Power Clean Question)

To keep this short, my power cleans suck. I don't even know if they can be called power cleans. I don't want to abandon them so I thought I'd try to get some advice.

I'm wondering if my problem is because I have long ass arms. Seriously, they nearly reach my knees and I'm 6'0 tall. When I get my elbows up to the proper height and where the wrists should break so I can put the bar on the shoulder shelf, my hands are past my ears.

However, I don't know if that is the problem or perhaps I need more mobility in the shoulder? They are pretty tight where I lifted like a yolo bro for a number of years. Could be a wrist mobility issue I suppose, too.

When I get the bar up I catch it in a position to do a OHP. It's been putting a lot of stress on my left bicep when I make the catch.

Any recommendations?

I'll try to post a form check this week. Until then, they look almost exactly like Wendler's.
