Since starting boxing I've been getting some quite bad pain in my left arm, its located beneath the bicep on my left arm (so i dont think its the actual bicep muscle). Has any one experienced this and is there anyway to manage it? Maybe my technique is slightly off at the moment.
Although I'm new to boxing I have been weightlifting for quite a while now so I'm pretty good with injury prevention, i haven't felt a pain in a similar area to this ever though.
I would really appreciate the help of some more experienced fighters.
