Let's talk about Vitor...

I know Vitor has been around a long time, and is legendary for his early career in the beginnings of the UFC. When you take a closer look at his record though, it shows a lot of losses. A lot of his biggest fights ended up in a loss for him. Chuck, Couture (2 times), Overeem (2 times), Silva, Jones, Ortiz, Hendo....etc He beat Franklin (who has lost 5 of his last 10 fights, Bisping - which can be considered a quality win, and Rockhold (who I'm personally not really sold on).

So now he is on a 2 fight win streak, and seems to believe that he is ready to fight the champ again? Is that all it takes nowadays? Two wins? Anyway, I'm sure people might get upset here, but I really think Vitor needs at least one or two more wins before they feed him to Anderson.

He was recently critical of Gegard, which I find amusing. Gegard has lost one fight since 2006 - a fight in which he arguably dished out more damage than he received. He also competed in K-1 in which he knocked out a very high level kickboxer in Kyotaro.

While Vitor has fought better opponents, he has lost to most of the good ones. haha Gegard's wins seem at least as impressive as Vitor's in my opinion. So tell me.......what do you guys (and gals) think?? ;)
