Why should young healthy people get health insurance?

I am a 25 year old, healthy, fit male. I rarely get sick, and have never been to a hospital. I Under the ACA i am required to get health insurance or to pay a tax penalty. I do not see what advantage actually getting the insurance provides me over paying the penalty.

I understand that people like me signing up are necessary for the ACA to work, but I don't see any benefit to us for participating.

Does anyone know any good reasons for people like me to sign up?
