Hey I've been working out hard for about a year and half now. My body feels like it needs a break. For the first time it feels like i cant physically get all the way through my workout and having big trouble with the weight/making reps. I figured maybe itd be good to skip a week of workout and give my body some hardcore rest then come back and kick those weights ass.
I was wondering is that a good idea to Take a little vacation from the weight room every once in awhile?
