Hey S&C, long time lurker here who figured getting a log going might help to keep me on track and push myself harder in the gym... I just started lifting about a month ago after taking a 6 month break (excessive partying/school) and really want to chase some strength goals while I have a bit of off time.
I figure the 47 pound Rex-Goliath rooster (wine bottle mascot) serves as a decent metaphor for what i'm tryin to do here; that is get stronger, bigger and faster than I have any damn right to. The goal is to push the boundaries of what nature gave me, and see how far I can make it.
Current BW:
165lb
Current 1RM 7/26/13:
Back Squat: 275
Snatch Grip Deadlift: 315
Bench Press: 225
OHP: 165
Chin Up: +45
-->These are all pretty old maxes now, some of them I tested up to a month ago when I resumed lifting
Goals 1RM 8/15/13
Back Squat: 335
Snatch Grip Deadlift: 365
Bench Press: 275
OHP: 205
Chin Up: + 95
Ill be posting form videos as well, if they don't end up taking too much space/I can actually edit them correctly so you don't watch half an hour of me setting up... Anyway onto the training log already:

Decided to go light today as I've really been pushing myself, this is the first time I did ring dips in a while and it went better than I expected.
