Taking two 3 hour power naps instead of sleeping 6 hours per night?

Anyone tried this? I have a lot of free time before the autumn quarter begins and I have been experimenting with sleep cycles. Normally I sleep 6 hours straight at night but for whatever reason I started taking naps. These naps progressed into long 2-3 hour long naps. Then when it was time to go to bed, I could only stay asleep for 2-3 hours.

The thing is that I feel so much more refreshed and energized than before. Even my erections are noticeably harder. It feels like I am 16 again going through puberty.

Obviously this schedule only works for students or people who work from home or set their own schedule. But what are some drawbacks to this? Because it feels pretty great thus far.
