I wanted to start training judo and would just like some constructive criticism on my modified S&C program - specifically I'd like to know what I should add or deduct and where to place conditioning assuming I only train judo once a week.

Neck harness, grip (wrist roller, pinches) & ab variant

Good Mornings
Neck harness, grip (wrist roller, pinches) & ab variant

Pull/chin-up variant
