Travis Browne is officially the most overrated fighter on the roster

Let's take a look at his fights.

1- He fought Kongo. Gassed in about 2 minutes, Kongo controlled the fight, even though it was pretty boring if I remember. Kongo technically won, but got a point deduction. Travis gets a draw.

2- He also started gassing against Struve, and this is when I knew that Travis will never be elite because of that cardio. Out of no where, Travis gets a huge punch in after being worked by Struve and gets the knockout.

3- Fights Rob Broughton. I can't tell you anything about this fight, because I literally fell asleep. Someone blamed fighting at altitude that day, but make no mistake, that was a horrible fight to watch. Travis gets the W.

4- Squared up against Griggs, which people thought would have been a great war. Travis takes down Griggs to where he is a fish out of water and gets the submission. Literally best performance of Browne's career so far, and it was against Chad Griggs.

5- Gets knocked out by Antonio Silva. Bigfoot became famous that day after making his name off Travis. Yet I haven't heard Travis calling out BF to avenge that loss. Fighters usually want to fix their blemish.

6- Gonzaga's controversy. I've never seen elbows from that position KO someone like that. I've seen Feijao throw about a billion elbows to the side of King Mo's head and he wasn't knocked out that bad. IMO, there was something illegal in those elbows. Travis doesn't want to rematch here.

7- The fight against Overeem. Much like alot of people on here, I am not impressed by Travis at all. It was Overeem's fight to lose, and he did. He was getting pretty owned there till Overeem gassed himself, as usual.

The hype of Travis started somewhere after beating Griggs. That's when he started saying things like "getting famous off my name." At that point, he lost to Kongo, beat Struve, Broughton and Griggs.

Now the hype is so surreal, that Travis can "LOL" at other fighters and talk down to them as he is doing Big Ben where Ben has shown nothing but respect for Travis and still is.

Fight probably won't be made because the UFC probably is on Travis' hype machine. However, keep this thread in mind because if that fight ever gets made, I promise I will make at least a 300$ bet on Big Ben, at whatever odds they give. And hopefully, the oddmakers are delusional too and give me +300 or over.

Usually I would say unleash Cain or JDS at this guy for a minute just so he can get back to reality, but I would just feel bad. I'll settle for Big Ben or Hunt.
