Lately when I exercise I have weird feeling in my stomach. But only during jumping exercises like jumping jacks, jump rope etc... it feels like my stomach is jumping up and down, I can even hear it. It feels bad.
I know it may be because of full stomach, but Im not sure, because I always exercise 2 hours after I eat. I usually eat oats with yoghurt or something similar. Do you think its a bad choice as a pre workout meal?
Also, if its not case of full stomach, what it is then? (in your opinion)
