Ever fucked with a client whilst working there?
I was working on a support desk a few years back and some of the shit we used to do to clients was pretty funny. One of the guys in our team couldn't stand his job so what he would do is pick up a call and immediately place the client on hold. That way the client thought they were still in the queue waiting and his talk time stats would increase to fool management about his productivity. After about 5-10 minutes of them on hold he would simply hang up on them. They'd usually ring back and catch someone else in the team and be PISSED.
Same guy realised if you pick up a call and immediately hang up it did not show up on the stats, he called it the double tap. We'd asking how many people he'd double tapped today and his response was "No I don't do that, I give the client the full hangup experience"
eventually he got caught out after someone complained. Management went and started listening to his calls to see what was up. I listened to a couple as well and they were hilllarious. "Hello, Hello, is anyone there? Fuck not this shit again"
