I've got Anderson winning by second round (T)KO but Weidman is legit and has a good chance of winning this. Anderson hasn't lost since Okami in '06 so it's been a whole since we've seen him taste defeat. His teammates at Black House in Big Nog, JDS and Bigfoot have all tasted defeat and notably have made an excuse for just about every one of their losses. With that in mind, we haven't really seen this from Anderson (ribgate after the Sonnen fight doesn't really count I don't reckon) so what do you guy think would happen if Weidman happens to win? What would the excuse be?
2:1 favourite would have to be an injury of some sort, like if Weidman defeats him, the Spider could possibly blame an injury sustained in training.
Next favourite with slightly lower odds since it would only really happen in the case Chris finishes the champ but he may go the Bigfoot route and say that an uncalled infraction led to the finish, such as an eye poke, shots to the back of the head etc.
He could go the bizarre way JDS went about it and blame overtraining and having high creatine levels. I'd put that at about 7:1 odds honestly maybe 8:1 for him saying he and his wife are getting divorced too
